This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Connection Stabilizer Booster (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Supersonic Software. The Application is designed to tackle internet connectivity issues on wireless networks.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

User Provided Information

The Application obtains the information about your device when you contact us for support, using the in-app contact option. This information will be displayed to you before it is transmitted as a part of your support email. The email address that you use to contact us may be stored and used for future communication with you. If you upgrade to the premium (“Pro”) version of the Application, the email address that you will be prompted to select during purchase may be securely stored and used for purchase validation and support.

We may also use the information you provided us to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

Automatically Collected Information

In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, to facilitate in-app advertising in the free version of the Application. Additionally, the Application may collect certain device information to facilitate fraud prevention. No, this Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

Opt-out from the use of information to serve targeted advertising by advertisers and/or third-party network advertisers: You may be able to opt-out of targeted advertising by adjusting related settings on your mobile device. Opt-out of advertising-related information collection by upgrading to the premium version of the Application: You can stop automatic collection of advertising-related information by upgrading to the premium (“Pro”) version of the Application. This can be done from within the application.

Opt-out of all information collection by uninstalling the Application: You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Our advertising partners may retain Automatically Collected information for a reasonable time and thereafter may store it in aggregate.

Data Deletion

If you would like us to delete the email id associated with your purchase, please contact us at [email protected] using the associated email id. We will delete your email id from our databases within a reasonable time. However, it should be noted that such deletion may result in loss of access to the premium (“Pro”) version of the Application. We do not store any other personally identifiable data.

Children

We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.

Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain.
